BEYOND FLUENCY respects your valuable time and conducts all coaching sessions based on thorough preparation and personalized planning. The policies below have been established to provide a seamless and fair booking experience for both clients and coaches.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend a scheduled session without notice may forfeit that session.

Refunds

Individual coaching sessions are generally non-refundable once completed.

Package refunds will be evaluated based on unused sessions and the circumstances of the request.

Exceptions

In the event of unexpected emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, we will review the matter flexibly, taking the situation into full consideration. BEYOND FLUENCY will do its utmost to provide reasonable and fair solutions based on trust with our customers.

아래 정책은 고객과 코치 모두에게 원활하고 공정한 예약 경험을 제공하기 위해 마련되었습니다.

예약 변경

예약된 코칭 세션은 세션 시작 24시간 전까지 일정 변경이 가능합니다.

일정 변경을 원하시는 경우 가능한 한 빠르게 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.

취소

세션 시작 24시간 이내에 취소하거나 사전 연락 없이 예약에 참석하지 않으시는 경우, 해당 세션 비용이 부과될 수 있습니다.

노쇼(No-Show)

사전 안내 없이 예약된 세션에 참석하지 않으시는 경우, 해당 세션은 사용된 것으로 간주되며 환불 또는 일정 변경이 어려울 수 있습니다.

환불 정책

이미 진행된 코칭 세션에 대해서는 환불이 불가능합니다.

패키지 프로그램의 환불은 사용하지 않은 세션을 기준으로 개별 검토되며, 환불 요청 시점과 진행 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

예외 사항

예기치 못한 긴급 상황이나 불가피한 사유가 발생한 경우에는 상황을 충분히 고려하여 유연하게 검토해 드립니다.
